Item Restricted Methods for the measurement of vertical ionospheric motions near the magnetic equator by incoherent scattering(American Geophysical Union, 1969-03-01) Woodman Pollitt, Ronald Francisco; Hagfors, T.Methods are discussed for the measurement of motions of the ionosphere by means of Doppler shifts of incoherent scatter frequency spectra.
